Hi! I’m Miss** Rachel Wastell (pronounced Wostell), and I have spent the past 5 years helping early stage tech startups, as well as colleagues and friends, find the right words. An expert in Marketing Automation, Customer Communications and Lead Nurturing, I help increase online conversion and reduce customer churn through compelling, creative communications.

I am now helping creatives, freelancers, artists, and ambitious young women create compelling digital content to achieve their goals. I know how to speak in the language of the corporates, so I can share my communication know-how with the talented freelancers and artists destined for success. Marketing is a difficult language to learn for those who have never been caught in the system like I was, so it’s time for me to translate.

Why? Because I have just made the move out of Sydney myself, into the most beautiful little town in Lake Macquarie.  I now wake up every morning, and if I’m not consulting in-house, I make my way down to work by the lake. I know how to make the switch from corporate number to freelancer, and I want to help others in my position, sick of the 9-5 grind, do the same.

At the moment, I am currently available for pro bono work as my time permits. I am specifically interested in working with Not For Profit organisations that support Indigenous Australians or those that support Native Australian Birds & Insects.
