Well, truth is — it’s not. It’s actually no where NEAR as popular as it should be considering the concept.

- Start the conversation — starting REAL conversations with your customers and gaining genuine insight and feedback through those conversations.
- Find the right words — looking at the language your customers use, and including terms and phrases they use to describe your product or brand is particularly important. How do they explain your product to their friends in a way that makes sense?
- Automate — once you have had these conversations, found out the brand messaging style that resonates with your audience, and discovered questions your potential customers are dying to know, it’s time to automate those conversations through AI services like ManyChat.
It is, in my opinion and that of many other marketers, a KEY component for your marketing strategy if you want to engage and connect with your audience online.
This online shift has definitely levelled the playing field between big corporates and startups/small businesses when it comes to advertising.
